A Community Church

Togetherness with a purpose. In a society that can seem ever more fractured, we want to offer a place of belonging and connection. A hub for friendship, care and hope.

One of our big goals

Is to nurture and empower everyone to fulfill their God-given purpose and make a positive impact in our world – on our doorstep and across the nations.

Join one of our community groups

We run a network of groups across the area, at different days and times. These are safe places where we learn and reflect on Scripture together and apply that learning to our everyday lives so that we become more like Jesus.

Being Family

We love to welcome children and teenagers into our care. We want church to be a place they want to be. Where they experience the extraordinary, extravagant love of God and have bags of fun. With our 252 Club for all children on Sundays and our Toddler Club on Wednesdays through to our Friday Youth Club, we have something for all ages.

What to expect when visiting

Sunday gatherings are the primary way we gather as a church to worship together, learn from Scripture, pray for one another, and create space to hear from the Spirit. Everyone is welcome.

Network

WCC is currently looking at joining a church network so that we can have greater levels of accountability and access to support and resources. We recognise that in order to thrive we need more collaboration, shared learning and training and encouragement for our leaders. A decision will be made by the end of 2025.
